Addison_Salski

Hi! My name is Miss Addison Salski, and I am so excited to be the choir director and general music teacher at Carl Sandburg Middle School!

I grew up right here in Mundelein and graduated from Mundelein High School in 2022. I recently graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Vocal Music Education and a minor in Dance.

Music has always been a huge part of my life. I have participated in choir, band, show choir, theatre, dance, and marching band, and I know firsthand how special it can be to find a place where you belong.

My goal is to create a choir program where students feel supported, challenged, and excited to make music together. I hope that Sandburg Singers can be a place where students can grow as musicians, build confidence, make friends, and create memories that they will carry with them beyond middle school.
